ISTE Standards Reflection

I did not find anything to be relatively difficult in the previous activity. As I am a creative communicator myself, I felt as if I was using that skill during the project. I will say that it was a little challenging to find some direction in the beginning stages of the project, but as we got the ball rolling, it became easier.

 In addition to our own topic of creative communicator, we covered several other ISTE standards in completing our assignment. We were global collaborators, as we used digital tools in teams, we used knowledge constructor as we synthesized our resources in the presentation, and we used empowered learner as it was one of our goals to allow students to learn in the most creative way possible. All of the ISTE standards that we have discussed in class are used on a daily basis in today's world.

I did learn how to navigate my way through google docs in a more effective way because of this assignment. In a world where we are constantly collaborating with other individuals, it is clear that the skills that we used in this project are crucial life skills.
